Paola and Campbells story started 4 years ago in the Ballston area outside of DC. They found each other on Hinge and Paola made the first move by texting him on the app. Campbell was very skeptical of online dating and had never been on a Hinge date before, he even thought that Paola was way too cute to be texting him first on the app. But, despite his reservations, they decided to meet at World of Beer on October 6th, 2021. This is where their journey began.

What followed was a beautiful relationship. The first year was full of first times, concerts, friend introductions, and travel. Paola very quickly became one of the center pieces in Campbell's life and the suddenness of their love came out of the nowhere.

After a couple years of dating, they decided to move in together in August of 2023. They now have a place in Shirlington and have been growing a life together for the last couple of years. They have helped guide each other through new careers, their MBA programs, and just life in general. Paola in this time has become a true part of the Buhrow family and has become a beloved future daughter and sister in law.

Campbell and Paola are so grateful for all of the love and support from their friends and family over the years and ahead of their wedding. To have friends that are willing to travel the world to support their love is something that they truly cherish.
